MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE:
According to the constitution the general council consisting 21 members are the supreme and policy making body while a 7 member Executive Committee is responsible for conducting the organizational activities and implementation of programs. As per constitution chairman is the head of the organization. General secretary is the chef executive and he is empowered to act as the Executive director and responsible to handle day to day management, coordination, communication, liaison with different offices. All other staff at office and field level is responsible to the Executive Director (ED).
